Our mission is to infuse hope, heal trauma, and foster growth in our community by providing education, resources, and behavioral health services. We utilize evidence-based practices and healthy connections with people, animals, and the environment to promote youth and family wellness..

Who We Serve

We provide services to at-risk youth (tribal & non-tribal) ages 5 to 25 years old and their families, with a focus on youth who have experienced trauma.  We offer a variety of individualized and community-based services to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, mood dysregulation, family dysfunction, substance abuse, and grief & loss.

Services

Intake & Assessment

All appropriate and relevant information is gathered and documented in order to determine the proper treatment and course of action.

Individual Counseling

Clients work one on one with a trained mental health professional in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.

Family Counseling

Working with individuals in intimate relationships to improve communication and resolve conflicts while nurturing development.

Group Counseling

A small group of individuals with similar concerns create a supportive environment to discuss concerns and work toward goals.

Tele-therapy

Therapy with a trained professional via live video conferencing or by telephone.

Case Management

Qualified individuals will be assigned to provide advocacy, communication, education, and identification of needed services.

Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy

Bringing a unique, culturally relevant, and hands-on experiential modality of treatment to Ottawa County.

Life Skills Coaching

Qualified individuals will help clients set and achieve goals in order to find success in various areas.

Suicide Prevention & Awareness

Working to reduce stigma, provide appropriate resources and support those affected by suicide.

Payment Options

We accept SoonerCare (Title 19), Medicaid-KS, contract funding, Credit/Debit card, and cash payment.
